$50 Amazon Gift Card + Up to $1,000 in Service Credits or Charitable Donations**
- $50 Gift Card
- Gift Cards will be issued for each new client signed
- No Limit on Gift Cards that can be received in a single year. (One Gift Card per referral)
- Gift Card will be delivered within 14 days of contract execution by the new referral.
- Gift Cards will be issued for each new client signed
- Up to $1,000 in service credits
- 5% of the first year originally committed services agreement or initial project engagement up to $1,000
- Credit calculation excludes Licenses, Hardware & 3rd Party Extended Costs
- Credit can be applied to new or existing services & projects with UNAPEN or Amount donated to a desired Charity.
- Credit cannot be applied towards the purchase of hardware or software licenses.
- Credit cannot be converted or exchanged for cash. (Except in the case of donation to charity)
- Service Credits may be applied in installments and will vary according to the payment schedule and status of newly on-boarded referral.
- Service Credits will be limited to (3) per year even if the number of client referrals exceeds (3).
- Any referred firms that were previously a UNAPEN client do not qualify for the client referral program.
- 5% of the first year originally committed services agreement or initial project engagement up to $1,000

**Only existing UNAPEN clients with an active Master, Subscription or Service agreement in good financial standing may participate in the referral program.
**To qualify as a client referral, the referred firm must enter into a minimum $5,000 first year agreement for Managed Services, Solutions Subscription and/or Time Based Project.
-Minimum commitment excludes License, Hardware and Extended 3rd Party Fees
-To receive Gift Card & Service Credit, the new referral must sign within 120 days of initial reference.
